• Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once the required information and payment (if applicable) are successfully received.
• Online Booking: Guests can use our online room booking platform for convenience. Accurate details must be provided during the booking process.
• Booking Validity: Reservations are valid only for the dates and guest names specified at the time of booking.

• Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Aadhaar, passport, or driver’s license) during check-in.

• Cancellation Requests: Must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date to qualify for a refund (if applicable).
• Refunds: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, online payment gateways, or other specified methods at the time of booking.
Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Behavior: Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the peace of other guests.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its belongings during their stay.
Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, smoking in non-designated areas, and bringing prohibited substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• The maximum occupancy for each room is strictly enforced. Additional guests must be disclosed at the time of booking, and extra charges may apply.
• Unauthorized guests are not allowed to stay overnight.

Loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings.
Injuries or accidents occurring on the premises unless due to proven negligence by the management.

We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions (e.g., during the Prayagraj Kumbh Mela).
